About the brewery
The De Ranke brewery of Dottignies in Belgium was characterized in its beginnings by an intensive use of whole hop cones while the rest of the country was generally turned towards round and sweet beers. This hoppy signature has followed the brewery ever since in most of its creations. We love it for its thirst-quenching beers where the sharp bitterness of the finish calls for the next sip. Of course, the fact that she has in her portfolio some mixed fermentation beers of extraordinary quality is no stranger to our love!
