Founded in 2018 in the south of France, La Malpolon is anchored in local culture. Its habitat is the Mediterranean and it strives to draw its raw materials and inspiration there. Respectful of brewing traditions while remaining open-minded, Malpolon excels in delicate and tasty mixed fermentations beers.
