Eggenberg

The Schloss ("castle" in English) Eggenberg brewery has been brewing beer since the 17th century and has been owned by the Forstinger-Stöhr family for over 200 years. In 1999, the brewery bought the production rights to the famous Samichlaus. Developed according to the same recipe, with the same special lager yeast, in partnership with the former brewers of Hürlimann (Switzerland), it is still brewed on December 6, St. Nicholas' Day ("samichlaus" in Swiss German), and released the following year. The brewery has a much wider range of beers that we are looking forward to introducing you to.
