Tonic water, or simply tonic, is carbonated water infused with quinine. Statera added juniper berries to theirs so that it recalls gin. It is greatly appreciated in a variety of cocktails with or without alcohol.

About the brewery
Statera (meaning “balance” in Latin) is a Quebec craft company that creates non-alcoholic spirits and ready-to-drink beverages. It manufactures its products in collaboration with the Wabasso Distillery from Trois-Rivières, Québec. Statera donates 1% of its sales to environmental organizations.
