The Notre-Dame de Saint-Rémy Abbey in Rochefort, Belgium, has been producing since 1960 their classic range of strong Belgian brown beers, the 6, 8 and 10. Known all over the world, their classicism commands respect. The brewery obeys the three famous rules defining an “authentic Trappist product”: production on the abbey site, supervised by the monks and not for profit. All that remains is to sip in a chalice!
