This non-alcoholic NEIPA clearly highlights the hops. The nose is charged with aromas of orange, passion fruit, ripe pineapple and fresh hops. The taste evokes orange and its peel, a fruit salad, and is complemented by a sweet hint of bitterness, which leaves just as quickly as it arrived. The texture is rich, almost creamy.
About the brewery
The famous Danish brewery renowned for the quantity, eclecticism and quality of the products bearing its name. Their beers are an ode as much to the multiple world brewing traditions as to the pleasures of pushing innovation and the ecstasy of the taste buds to an ever higher level.
Baghaven is a Mikkeller facility by the sea where they develop Danish funkyness with local ingredients, yeasts and bacteria, all in wood in their foudres or in their barrel room.
