Lapsang Souchong Sparkling Infused Lambic

Oud Beersel is a lambics-blending place in Beersel in the Belgian Pajottenland. Its existence since the post-war period varies depending on the artisanal beer climate in Belgium. Since 2007, the gueuzerie has been in the competent and voluntary hands of Gert Christiaens, then with the help of his father Jos. Boon brews a wort based on an old family recipe pertaining to Oud Beersel. The wort is then transferred in the Oud Beersel barrels, which takes care of the blends, the refining in various special barrels and the surprising macerations.
