La Rulles Estivale

Brasserie la Rulles is a craft brewery in Gaume, a southern region of Belgium. Founded in 2000 by Grégory Verhelst, a brewer of great rigor who has developed a very coherent palette of original products that reflect his vision of what constitutes great beers, all fermented in open vats, La Rulles beers are distinguished by a rich texture, frank bitterness and great dryness. All Rulles beers are refermented in the bottle or keg, which helps to give them great stability over time.
