In his “Rush” series, Henderson pays homage to the legendary Canadian band with Belgian-style beers, often with a twist, like here with cherries and Cabernet Sauvignon grape marc, to give it a touch of red/dark fruits.
About the brewery
Henderson Brewing Co. is a microbrewery in Toronto's Junction Triangle neighborhood. It was founded in 2016 by two old-timers from the beer industry who had learned both microbrewery and macrobrewery. The name Henderson refers to the owner of what was reputedly the first brewery in the city of Toronto in the early 1800s. The brewery's work is very much geared around Toronto culture, encouraging artists and the local community.
Henderson has been working since 2020 with the legendary Toronto progressive rock band Rush to develop a series of beers in their image.
