About the brewery
Lambiek Fabriek is a lambic producer that was founded by Jo Panneels and Jozef Van Bosstraeten in 2016, and is located in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. They trained themselves to blending lambic since the mid-2000s. The end result is balanced blends and great fruit lambics.
