Domaine Sicera, led by 4th generation cider maker Paul Caillouel, is located in the heart of Normandy, in the Calvados appellation area. The 15 varieties of apples grown are spread over 20 hectares of family orchards. A rare indigenous variety perpetuated to this day bears the name of his great-grandfather Florentin Caillouel. Mastery, tradition, drinkability and balance are the key words of Domaine Sicera ciders.
