About the brewery

Based in Calendon, ON, around Toronto, Sonnen Hill is established amidst a 37-acre family farm and accompanied by 200 fruit trees. After years of brewing in the UK at Brew By Numbers and Cloudwater, Calum Hill decided to return to his home province to produce quenchable, low-alcohol beers. English philosophy with a North American perspective and ingredients, if you will. Hill focuses on pale ales, lagers, mixed-fermentations, and modern saisons and grisettes, including coolship-chilled spontaneous beers. It may prove difficult to share your case rather than drink it all…
