Burdock is a regular in thirst-quenching beers with wine grapes. They work mainly with grapes from Pearl Morissette, a well-known vineyard in Ontario. The juicy skins of Gamay Noir Rosé was selected to macerate for two weeks in the slightly acidic beer. The result is a beautiful beer with fruity accents, but without exaggeration, in lightness.
