Based in Calendon, ON, around Toronto, Sonnen Hill is established amidst a 37-acre family farm and accompanied by 200 fruit trees. After years of brewing in the UK at Brew By Numbers and Cloudwater, Calum Hill decided to return to his home province to produce quenchable, low-alcohol beers.
