About the brewery
Known since 1996 as Casa Breton, the orchard and vineyard of St-Henri-de-Lévis took the name of Cidrerie Le Somnambule in 2016 when it was handed over to a new generation of cider makers. Infusing their range of ciders with their vision, the ciders benefit from natural fermentation, passage in oak barrels, addition of other fruits, everything to give them freshness, dryness and flawless drinkability.
