Tommie Sjef [pronounced /chef/] started learning and experimenting with blending at the age of 19 in Den Helder, the Netherlands, on the shores of the North Sea. Soon his name was circulating in the national and then global brewing community. His knack for producing barrel-aged wild ales, with or without fruit or herb macerations, of rare elegance, taste and control places him among the best internationally.

After years of reserving his tiny production for brewery members, a few European bars and restaurants, and a lucky handful of online releases, he is now producing enough to send us a few cases. We're grateful to have these exceptional products and we hope you'll be just as grateful when you taste them!
