Schneeeule almost only creates traditional Berliner weiße (weisse), fermented and matured for 6 months. The Berlin brewery thus revives a century-old style, with its complex notes of lemon, its fine blend of lactobacillus, brettanomyces and saccaromyces and its surprising drinkability. Its collaborative blends and mixed fermentation beers are greatly appreciated wherever they are found. Finally, the snowy owl beers are imported to Quebec!
