BRASSERIE IRON

Iron brewery, from Montauban in the south of France, was created in 2016 by David Garrigues. From the beginning, Iron has been known for incorporating unusual ingredients into its beers and for ingredient combinations are as unexpected as they are exceptional. Herbs, spices, fruits, vegetables, nothing is safe from the ideas of the master brewer, and it is there, in these combinations of flavors, that resides a large part of the interest of the brewery. We tested it: beets and passion fruit are a very delicious match! For people who like more classic things, Iron brewery also produces strong Belgian beers that are as timeless as they are delectable, and quality barrel-aged imperial stouts, for example.
