Blind Enthusiasm

Blind Enthusiasm, founded by Greg Zeschuk in 2017, is two breweries under two roofs in Edmonton: under one roof, you may find the lagers and the dark barrel-aged beers, and under the other the mixed and spontaneous fermentations. It is mainly beers from the last category, the Monolith series, that are targeted for importation in Quebec. The barrel-aging program is mature, with barrels aged for up to 4 years under the watchful eye of Doug Checknita, a brewmaster appreciated by the community for his working time at Trou du Diable (pre-Molson), Cantillon and De la Senne―nothing less!
